Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 – New Product Launch and Commencement of its Commercial Production
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 {SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015} read with Schedule III thereof and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023 (“SEBI Circular”), Steel Strips Wheels Limited (the “Company”) is glad to inform the launch of its new product i.e. Aluminum Steering Knuckle and commencement of its commercial production at the company’s existing manufacturing facility located at Mehsana, Gujarat with effect from November 05, 2024.
