We are pleased to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, in their meeting held today i.e. 22nd November 2022, has approved Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with REDLER Technologies Ltd. – An Israel based company, to establish a Joint Venture in India focused on Development, Manufacture & Market Innovative motion control systems for 2,3 & 4 Wheel Electric vehicles.
