SSWL achieved Highest Ever Monthly Sales Turnover of 172 crs, up 34% helped by record truck Sales in November 2017

    SSWL achieved total wheel rim sales of 12.92 Lacs Vs 11.99 Lacs in November 2017 representing a growth of 8% YoY. The volumes of truck segment helped post highest healthy revenue growth for the company.

    JSR Truck plant registers Highest Sales Ever for the company

    In terms of Value, the company has achieved gross turnover of Rs 172.75 Crs in November 2017 Vs 128.62 Crs in November 2016, there by recording a growth of 34% and achieved Net turnover of Rs.138.85 Crs in November 2017 Vs Rs.115.25 Crs in November 2016, recording a growth of 20%. The record turnover is driven by record growth in truck segment and we expect this trend to continue going ahead.

    Passenger car segment volumes grew by 2% in November 2017 YoY. The PV volumes grew by 2% as the car sales still is at highest base and growth tapers due to very high base. We expect the next kicker of PV to come from February onwards due to 3 new models coming in for ramp up.

    Tractor volumes fell by 2% in November 2017 YoY. The tractor segment saw a flat month with season factors post record sales. The favorable seasonality is expected to start from January season with harvest in the sight.

    LCV & MHCV segment volumes grew by 17% YoY in November 2017. The CV segment saw highest sales for the company on very strong M&HCV demand from all across the customers. We expect extremely robust numbers in coming 4 months of this financial year.

    2&3 wheelers segment grew by 16% in November 2017 YoY. This segment saw good growth backed by overall good demand from all segments of players. The 3 wheeler segment is coming back after a first half muted growth.

    Exports volumes grew by 22% in November 2017. Exports shipments saw a good rebound as fresh orders revive the growth from European markets. We expect the growth to bounce back in Q4 very sharply with start of our truck wheel exports from Chennai.
