SSWL achieved total wheel rim sales of 12.92 Lacs Vs 12.09 Lacs in September 2017 representing a growth of 7% YoY. The volumes of truck and tractor segment helped post highest healthy revenue growth for the company.

In terms of Value, the company has achieved gross turnover of Rs 153.22 Crs in September 2017 Vs 101.33 Crs in September 2016, there by recording a growth of 51% and achieved Net turnover of Rs.123.82 Crs in September 2017 Vs Rs. 91.25 Crs in September 2016, recording a growth of 36%. The record turnover is driven by very good growth in truck and tractor segment and we expect this trend to continue going ahead.

Passenger car segment volumes fell by 2% in September 2017 YoY. The PV volumes fell by 2% due to abnormally high base of last year with the current year also matching the last year numbers. The new models will get added from December onwards to help volume growth.
Tractor volumes grew by 16% in September 2017 YoY. The tractor segment saw robust growth in September to post highest sales ever for the company and we expect to maintain the trend with increase in market share and increase of customer portfolio.
LCV & MHCV segment volumes grew by 98% YoY in September 2017. The CV segment saw very strong growth in September 2017 which was partially due to low base effect and a growth rate of 15%-20% will be maintained by the company going forward with the help of our new truck wheel facility.
2&3 wheelers segment fell by 13% in September 2017 YoY. This segment saw festive rush and we expect this to continue now till year end with new business addition for SSWL to keep the volume growth upwards of 10% for the segment.
Exports volumes dropped by 15% in September 2017. Exports shipments were down 15% in September 2017.
